Domain Registration Agreement
Please read this agreement carefully, as it contains important information regarding your legal rights and remedies.
- SUMMARY
This Agreement for Domain Name Registration (referred to as the "Agreement") is a contract between Samra Host UAB, a privately held company based in Lithuania ("Samra Host"), and yourself. It becomes effective upon your electronic acceptance. This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing your utilization of Samra Host's Domain Name Registration services (referred to as the "Services"). By electronically accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have comprehensively read, understood, and agreed to abide by its terms. This Agreement integrates (i) Samra Host's Universal Terms Of Service Agreement ("UTOS"), (ii) all agreements, guidelines, policies, practices, procedures, registration requirements, or operational standards of the respective top-level domain ("TLD") in which you register any domain (collectively referred to as "Registry Policies"), and (iii) any plan limits, product disclaimers, or other restrictions presented to you on the Domain Name Registration Services landing page of the Samra Host website (referred to as this “Site”).
The terms "we," "us," or "our" denote Samra Host, while "you," "your," "User," or "customer" refer to any individual or entity accepting this Agreement. Except where expressly stated, nothing in this Agreement shall confer any rights or benefits upon third parties. You recognize and consent that (i) Samra Host, at its sole discretion, may amend or modify this Agreement, along with any incorporated policies or agreements, at any time, with such changes or modifications becoming immediately effective upon posting on this Site, and (ii) your continued use of this Site or the Services after such changes or modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the last revised Agreement. Should you disagree with the last revised Agreement, refrain from using (or discontinue using) this Site or the Services provided herein. Furthermore, Samra Host may periodically inform you of changes or modifications to this Agreement via email. Thus, it's imperative to maintain accurate Shopper Account information, including your email address. Samra Host disclaims any liability or responsibility for your failure to receive email notifications due to inaccurate or outdated email addresses.
Samra Host is an affiliate of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers ("ICANN"), accredited as a registrar. You acknowledge and consent that, as an ICANN-accredited registrar, Samra Host is bound by an agreement with ICANN. You further acknowledge and agree that Samra Host may amend this Agreement to comply with its agreement with ICANN, along with any terms and conditions stipulated by (i) ICANN and/or (ii) the registry governing the respective TLD or country code top-level domain ("ccTLD"). In this context, the terms "registry," "Registry," "registry operator," or "Registry Operator" refer to the registry overseeing the TLD or ccTLD in question. - PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL REGISTRATIONS
Unless otherwise specified, the provisions outlined in this Section 2 generally apply to all TLDs offered by us. Additional provisions specific to any TLD or ccTLD (beyond posted Registry Policies) are delineated elsewhere in this Agreement.
Registry Policies. You commit to abide by all Registry Policies (defined earlier in this Agreement) relevant to your domain name registration (at any level). IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO VISIT THE RELEVANT TLD SITE AND FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGISTRY POLICIES BEFORE REGISTERING IN THE TLD. Notwithstanding any contrary provision in this Agreement, the Registry Operator of the TLD where the domain name registration occurs is and shall be an intended third-party beneficiary of this Agreement. Consequently, the parties acknowledge and affirm that the Registry Operator's third-party beneficiary rights have vested, and that the Registry Operator has relied on these rights in consenting to Samra Host acting as a registrar for the respective TLD. The Registry Operator's third-party beneficiary rights shall persist despite any termination of this Agreement.
Domain Activation. Upon purchasing a domain name, you must activate it within 96 hours by completing the required information in hPanel. By purchasing a domain, you acknowledge that until the domain is activated, you do not hold exclusive rights to the domain name, and others may register the same domain name. The final registration of the domain name will occur under the name of the registrant who first activates the domain name by providing the necessary information. Please note that i) if you fail to activate the domain within 96 hours and someone else activates it before you, or ii) if you fail to activate the domain within 12 months (regardless of whether someone else activates it during that period), the domain name will be removed from your account, and a refund will not be applicable. If someone registers the same domain name within 96 hours of your purchase, you are eligible for a refund as per Refund Policy.
Registration Requirements. If any TLD or ccTLD mandates eligibility criteria (e.g., residency for .EU, etc.), validation (e.g., DNS validation), or other authentication prerequisites for registering a domain name, you affirm that by submitting an application or registering or renewing your domain name, you warrant and represent that: (a) all information provided for registering or renewing the domain name (including supporting documents, if any) is accurate, complete, and not misleading, and the application is made in good faith; (b) you fulfill, and will continue to fulfill, the eligibility criteria specified in the Registry Policies for the relevant TLD throughout the domain name registration period; (c) you have not previously submitted an application for the domain name with another registrar using the same eligibility criteria, and the other registrar has rejected the application (if applicable); (d) you acknowledge that even if the domain name is accepted for registration, others may challenge your entitlement to register the domain name; and (e) you acknowledge that the Registry or the registrar may cancel the domain name registration if any of the warranties provided are found to be untrue, incomplete, incorrect, or misleading.
Ownership. You understand and agree that registering a domain name does not confer any proprietary rights upon you, the registrar, or any other party in the name used as a domain name or the domain name registration. The inclusion of a domain name in the Registry does not constitute evidence of ownership of the registered domain name. You shall not transfer or attempt to transfer a proprietary right in any domain name registration or encumber a domain name registration in any manner.
ICANN Requirements. You agree to adhere to the ICANN requirements, standards, policies, procedures, and practices for which each applicable Registry Operator has monitoring responsibility in accordance with the Registry Agreement between ICANN and itself or any other arrangement with ICANN. Indemnification of Registry. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless (within 30 days of demand) the Registry Operator and Registry Service Provider and their subcontractors, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, accountants, attorneys, insurers, agents, predecessors, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, expenses, causes of action, or other liabilities of any kind, whether known or unknown, including reasonable legal and attorney’s fees and expenses, arising from or relating to your domain name registration, including, without limitation, the use, registration, extension, renewal, deletion, and/or transfer thereof and/or the violation of any applicable terms or conditions governing the registration. You shall not settle or compromise any such indemnifiable claim without prior written consent from the Registrar or Registry Operator, provided such consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, and you agree that these indemnification obligations shall survive the termination or expiration of the Agreement for any reason. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE REGISTRY OPERATOR BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFIT OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM ANY MATTER, WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY IS ASSERTED ON THE BASIS OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ANY BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT OR ITS INCORPORATED AGREEMENTS AND POLICIES, YOUR INABILITY TO USE THE DOMAIN NAME, YOUR LOSS OF DATA OR FILES, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF THE REGISTRY OPERATOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Third Party Beneficiary. Despite anything in this Agreement to the contrary, the Registry Operator for any TLD in which you register a domain name is and shall be an intended third-party beneficiary of this Agreement. Thus, the parties acknowledge and affirm that the Registry Operator's third-party beneficiary rights have vested, and that the Registry Operator has relied on these rights in consenting to Samra Host being an affiliate of the registrar for the TLD. The Registry Operator's third-party beneficiary rights shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
Variable and Non-Uniform Pricing. You acknowledge, comprehend, and agree that certain domain names in certain TLDs are subject to variable pricing (e.g., standard vs. premium names) and/or non-uniform renewal registration pricing (wherein the Fee for a domain name registration renewal may differ from other domain names in the same TLD, e.g., renewal registration for one domain may be $20.00 and $10.00 for a different domain name).
Restriction on Privacy or Proxy Availability. You acknowledge and consent that, pursuant to Registry Policies, you may be restricted from purchasing private TLD registrations for certain TLDs. In such instances, you must register for any and all TLD registrations using your personal information, ensuring that the information provided is current, accurate, and complete.
- RATES AND TRANSACTIONS
(A) GENERAL CONDITIONS, INCLUDING AUTOMATIC EXTENSION TERMS
By placing an order for Services on this Site, you agree to pay all applicable prices and charges at the time of purchase. Samra Host explicitly retains the right to alter or adjust its prices and charges at any time, with such alterations or adjustments being publicly posted on this Site and immediately effective without further notice to you. If you have obtained Services for a period spanning months or years, any changes or adjustments in prices and charges will apply upon the renewal of said Services, as elaborated below. For a comprehensive understanding of the terms and conditions regarding fees, payment, refunds, and billing pertaining to the Services covered under this Agreement, please consult the “Rates and Transactions” section of our Universal Terms Of Service.
(B) DOMAIN NAME EXTENSION TERMS
Upon registering a domain name, you will encounter two options for renewal: (i) "Automatic Extension," and (ii) "Manual Extension":
- Automatic Extension. Automatic Extension is the default setting. Samra Host will automatically extend the registration of any domain name scheduled for renewal, for a duration equivalent to the original registration period, and will process payment using the Payment Method stored with Samra Host at the prevailing rates.
- Manual Extension. If automatic extension is disabled for your domain, you are responsible for logging into the Domain Manager section of your member area for that domain and manually initiating the renewal before the expiration date (if you wish to renew the domain). Failure to manually renew before the expiration date will result in the domain expiring and becoming unusable.
All extensions will be subject to the terms of this Agreement, as amended periodically, and you agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement (as amended) for all renewed domains. Domain name extensions are non-refundable. If Samra Host is unable to process payment using the stored Payment Method, and you do not respond to our notifications, your domain name registration will expire. It is your responsibility to keep your Payment Method information up to date, including the expiration date if you are using a credit card.
You acknowledge that Samra Host will not be liable for expired domain names that you fail to renew, whether automatically or manually, as specified in this Agreement. In case of failure to renew your domain name promptly, additional charges may apply. If you have subscribed to privacy services or similar offerings along with your domain registration, these services will automatically renew with your domain registration, and you will incur the applicable renewal fee unless you cancel beforehand.
If you neglect to renew your domain name within the specified timeframes in this Agreement, your domain name will be put on Hold and marked for deletion. Subsequently, you will have a 30-day Redemption Grace Period during which you may pay Samra Host a Redemption fee to reclaim your domain name. The current redemption fee for most domains is $80.00 USD + Renewal Fee + VAT (.com.co $180 USD + Renewal Fee + VAT, .frl $150 USD + Renewal Fee + VAT, .store $120 USD + Renewal Fee + VAT, .ws $120 USD + Renewal Fee + VAT), and is subject to change under the terms of this Agreement. Failure to redeem your domain name before the end of the Registry's Redemption Grace Period will result in the release of your name, making it available for registration on a first-come-first-served basis. For certain ccTLDs (.ru, .dk, .hu, .nu, .pl, and .se), there is no Redemption Grace Period.
Redemption Grace Periods vary for different ccTLDs. Please consult the specific terms for the applicable TLD. In case of any conflict between the provisions of this paragraph and the ccTLD terms, the ccTLD terms shall take precedence.
- STAYING CURRENT; INFORMATION USAGE AND EXPIRATION
You commit to informing Samra Host within five (5) business days of any changes to the information provided during the application and/or registration process. Maintaining current and accurate information is your responsibility. Failure to provide accurate and reliable information, for any reason, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may lead to the suspension and/or cancellation of the domain name. Additionally, failure to respond within five (5) business days to any inquiries made by Samra Host to verify the validity of provided information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in the suspension and/or cancellation of the domain name. You agree to retain a copy of your domain name purchase receipt for your records. For each domain name you register, the following contact data is mandatory: postal address, email address, and telephone number for the Registered Name Holder, and, if different, the same contact information for a technical contact, an administrative contact, and a billing contact. You acknowledge and agree that domain name registration necessitates sharing this contact information, wholly or partially, with the registry operator, for administration purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This may entail transferring such information internationally, including between the U.S. and the EU. As mandated by ICANN, this information must also be publicly available via Whois. Both Samra Host and the registry operator may be obligated to archive this information with a third-party escrow service. By using our services, you consent to and authorize these disclosures. Furthermore, you confirm that, if you provide information about a third party, you have informed them of the disclosure's purpose and obtained their consent. Registrar will handle data in a manner consistent with this Agreement and take reasonable measures to safeguard it from loss or misuse. For each domain name registered by you, the following information will be publicly available in the Whois directory, as per ICANN Policy:
- The domain name;
- Your name and postal address;
- The name, email address, postal address, voice and fax numbers for technical and administrative contacts;
- The Internet protocol numbers for the primary and secondary name servers;
- The corresponding names of the name servers; and
- The original registration date and expiration date.
- Name of primary and secondary name servers.
- Registrar's identity.
To the extent allowed by ICANN, Samra Host may utilize publicly available information provided during the registration process. If you engage in domain name reselling, you must inform individuals whose personal information you possess about potential uses of their data in accordance with ICANN policy and obtain their consent for such use. To comply with current or future rules and policies for domain name systems, including those established by governmental or other regulatory bodies, you grant us the right to disclose certain information to third parties via publicly accessible registration databases.

You agree to provide accurate data for each registrant and maintain communication with your customers regarding changes in registration information. Upon receiving updated information, you will promptly provide it to Samra Host. You will retain copies of all communications with your customers and provide them to Samra Host upon request.
- YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES; SERVICE SUSPENSION; BREACH OF CONTRACT
You affirm and guarantee, to the best of your knowledge, that neither the registration of the domain nor its use, directly or indirectly, violates the legal rights of any third party. You agree to abide by all relevant laws, including those pertaining to privacy, data collection, consumer protection, fair lending, debt collection, organic farming, and disclosure of data and financial information. If you handle sensitive health and financial data, you must implement appropriate security measures as required by law. You confirm that you have the necessary authorization, charter, license, and/or credentials for participation in the sector associated with the associated registry TLD string. Any significant changes to the validity of your authorization, charter, license, and/or credentials must be promptly reported. You will indemnify and hold harmless the registrar and registry operator, along with their directors, officers, employees, and agents, from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from or related to the domain name registration. This indemnity obligation remains valid even after the expiration or termination of this Agreement or the domain name registration.
You acknowledge and accept that Samra Host and the registry retain the right to deny, cancel, or transfer any registration or transaction, or place any domain name(s) on registry lock, hold, or similar status, as deemed necessary in their sole discretion: (i) to comply with specifications established by any authoritative industry group regarding the Internet (e.g., RFCs), (ii) to rectify errors made by the registry or any registrar in connection with a domain name registration, (iii) for non-payment of fees to the registry, (iv) to safeguard the integrity and stability of the registry, (v) to comply with court orders, laws, government rules, law enforcement requests, or dispute resolution processes, (vi) to adhere to applicable ICANN rules or regulations, including the registry agreement, (vii) to prevent any liability, civil or criminal, on the part of the registry operator, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, or employees, (viii) in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, (ix) following the occurrence of any prohibited activities described in Section 8 below, or (x) during the resolution of a dispute. Failure to fully comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any Samra Host rule or policy may be deemed a material breach, and Samra Host may notify you of such breach either in writing or electronically (e.g., via email). If you fail to provide material evidence within ten (10) business days proving your compliance with your obligations to Samra Host, Samra Host may terminate its relationship with you and take appropriate remedial action as permitted by law, including but not limited to cancelling the registration of any of your domain names and discontinuing any services provided to you. No refunds will be issued if your Services are cancelled or terminated due to breach of contract. Samra Host's failure to act on or notify you of any event that may constitute a breach does not absolve you from the fact that a breach has occurred.
- LIMITATION OF SERVICES; RIGHT TO REFUSE
You acknowledge and agree that you are prohibited from engaging in activities such as distributing malware, operating botnets abusively, engaging in phishing, piracy, trademark or copyright infringement, fraudulent or deceptive practices, counterfeiting, or any other activity contrary to applicable law. You understand that the consequences for such activities may include suspension of the domain name. If you are hosting your domain name system ("DNS") on Samra Host's servers or using our systems to forward a domain name, URL, or otherwise to a system or site hosted elsewhere, or if you have your domain name registered with Samra Host, you are responsible for ensuring there is no excessive overloading on Samra Host's servers. You may not use Samra Host's servers and your domain name for activities such as mail bombs, Internet packet flooding, packet corruption, or other abusive attacks. Server hacking or other security breaches are prohibited. You agree that Samra Host may deactivate your domain name from its DNS if it is the recipient of activities from your site that threaten the stability of its network. Samra Host reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without liability to you, to refuse to accept the registration of any domain name. Samra Host may also, at its sole discretion and without liability to you, delete the registration of any domain name within the first thirty (30) days after registration. After thirty (30) days, Samra Host may cancel the registration of a domain name if it is being used, as determined by Samra Host in its sole discretion, in association with spam or morally objectionable activities.
If Samra Host refuses or deletes a registration within the first thirty (30) days after registration, you will receive a refund of any fees paid to Samra Host for the registration. However, if Samra Host deletes the registration of a domain name being used in association with spam or morally objectionable activities, no refund will be issued.
- ADDITIONAL DOMAIN SERVICES
DNS Management. Total DNS is a comprehensive Domain Name System (“DNS”) tool that enables you to oversee your DNS and ensure the availability and reliable performance of your website and web-based applications. The service is provided on an “as is”, “as available”, and “with all faults” basis, and we bear no liability or responsibility in connection with it.
Furthermore, you expressly acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable or responsible for:
- Service disruptions caused by periodic maintenance, repairs, or replacements of the Global Nameserver Infrastructure (defined below) that we may conduct periodically;
- Service disruptions caused by your custom scripting, coding, programming, or configurations;
- Service disruptions caused by your installation of third-party applications;
- Service disruptions that do not prevent visitors from accessing your website, but only impact your ability to make changes to your website, such as changes via mechanisms like file transfer protocol (“FTP”) and email; or
- Service disruptions beyond our reasonable control or that are not reasonably foreseeable by us, including, but not limited to, power outages, interruption or failure of telecommunication or digital transmission links, hostile network attacks, network congestion, or other failures.
Subject to the Force Majeure provisions below, we offer a service uptime guarantee (“Service Uptime Guarantee”) for paid services with 99.9% availability (defined below). You are entitled to service credits for any Outage (defined below) covered by the Service Uptime Guarantee. These service credits will be applied as extensions to the terms of the affected Service. The Service Uptime Guarantee will take effect fourteen (14) days after your purchase of the Service covered by it, allowing both parties time to configure and test the Service properly.
Definitions. For the purposes of the Service Uptime Guarantee, the following definitions apply:
- “Global Nameserver Infrastructure”: The collection of systems (servers, hardware, and associated software) responsible for delivering the Services. The Global Nameserver Infrastructure excludes web-based user interfaces, zone transfer mechanisms, update systems, or other customer-accessible data access or manipulation methods.
- “99.9% availability”: A guarantee that the Global Nameserver Infrastructure will respond to DNS queries 99.9% of the time.
- “Outage”: A period during which the Global Nameserver Infrastructure did not maintain 99.9% availability.
Exclusions. For the purposes of the Service Uptime Guarantee, downtime due to the following events will not be considered an Outage:
- Service disruptions caused by Regularly Scheduled Maintenance, defined as any maintenance on the Global Nameserver Infrastructure of which the customer is notified twenty-four (24) hours in advance. Email notice of Regularly Scheduled Maintenance will be sent to the customer’s designated email address;
- Service disruptions caused by your custom scripting, coding, programming, or configurations;
- Service disruptions caused by your installation of third-party applications;
We, in our sole and absolute discretion, will determine whether an event constitutes an Outage.
Remedies. If you become aware of an Outage, you must open a ticket with our technical support services within five (5) calendar days of the Outage. If we confirm that an Outage occurred, you will receive a service credit equivalent to two (2) months for any affected Services. This service credit will be applied as an extension to the term of the affected Services. A customer’s Account will not be credited more than once per month under the Service Uptime Guarantee. To qualify for a service credit, you must have a current and valid subscription to the affected Services and must have an Account in good standing with us. Service credits will not apply to any charges or Services other than those for which the Service Uptime Guarantee was not met. Customers with subscriptions for multiple Services will not receive credits for unaffected Services. The remedies outlined herein are the sole and exclusive remedies if we fail to meet the Service Uptime Guarantee. If either party is unable to fulfill its material obligations under this Agreement due to Force Majeure, those obligations will be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure, provided that the cause of the Force Majeure is remedied as soon as possible. “Force Majeure” refers to events beyond a party’s reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, fire, flood, war, terrorism, governmental regulations, policies or actions enacted or taken after the execution of this Agreement, or any labor, telecommunications, or other utility shortage, outage, or curtailment. We prohibit running a public recursive DNS service on any server. All recursive DNS servers must be secured to allow only internal network access or a limited set of IP addresses. We actively scan for the presence of public recursive DNS services and reserve the right to remove any servers from the network that violate this restriction.
- SPECIAL TERMS FOR .BIZ REGISTRATIONS
Domain Name Dispute Policy. If you've reserved or registered a .BIZ domain name through us, along with our Dispute Resolution Policy, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the Restrictions Dispute Resolution Policy specific to the .biz TLD. Registry Operator will not oversee, monitor, or confirm that any particular domain name is primarily used for business or commercial purposes or that it complies with the SUDRP or UDRP processes.
One Year Registration. If you're registering a .BIZ domain name and opt for special pricing for one-year registrations, we'll automatically renew your domain name for an additional one-year term at the end of the first year by charging the Payment Method on file, unless you inform us otherwise. You'll be notified and given the choice to accept or decline the one-year renewal before your domain name expiration date. If you choose not to renew your one-year .BIZ domain name for a second year, it will revert back to us automatically, granting us full registration rights to the domain name. You agree that deleting or transferring your .BIZ domain name during the first year will result in automatic charging of second-year renewal fees.
- SPECIAL TERMS FOR .INFO REGISTRATIONS
One Year Registration. If you're registering a .INFO domain name and take advantage of special pricing for one-year registrations, we'll automatically renew your domain name for an additional one-year period at the end of the first year by charging the Payment Method on file, unless you notify us otherwise. You'll receive notification and the opportunity to accept or decline the one-year renewal before your domain name expiration date. If you opt not to renew your one-year .INFO domain name for a second year, it will automatically revert back to us, granting us full registration rights to the domain name. You agree that deleting or transferring your .INFO domain name during the first year will result in automatic charging of second-year renewal fees.
- DOMAIN REGISTRATION TERMS SPECIFIC TO .NAME
Defensive Registration. A Defensive Registration aims to protect trademarks and service marks, allowing prevention of third-party registration of variations or exact matches of trademarks. If the desired name is subject to Defensive Registration, you have three (3) options: (i) register a variation, (ii) challenge the Defensive Registration under the Eligibility Requirements Dispute Resolution Policy, or (iii) request Consent from the Defensive Registrant. To request Consent, contact the Defensive Registrant listed in the GNR Whois database. If Consent is granted, it must be confirmed in writing. If not, consider challenging under the ERDRP. Acceptable Use Policy. You are bound by the .NAME Acceptable Use Policy, prohibiting Spamming via .NAME Email, limiting you to a maximum of five hundred (500) messages per transmission.
- TERMS SPECIFIC TO COUNTRY CODE TOP LEVEL DOMAINS (ccTLDs)
You affirm eligibility for each ccTLD applied for and agree to abide by registry rules, policies, and agreements specific to each ccTLD. This includes indemnifying the ccTLD provider, limiting their liability, and resolving disputes under the laws of the respective country.
- DOMAIN REGISTRATION TERMS SPECIFIC TO .CN
.CN is a restricted TLD requiring domain name check and real name verification as mandated by the People’s Republic of China. Additional terms for .CN registrations:
Verification, Registration, and Activation. If a domain name isn't permitted by the Chinese government, as determined by us or the Registry Operator, the application will be unsuccessful, resulting in deletion and eligibility for a refund. If permitted, registration may proceed, but activation (Internet resolution) requires submitting valid documents for real name verification. Acceptable forms include resident ID, business license, or passport. Refunds. Refunds for .CN Registrations are permitted if (i) registration isn't allowed by the Chinese government, or (ii) cancellation is notified within five (5) days post-registration. No refunds are allowed after five (5) days, including if real name verification fails or the government deems the registration improper.
- DOMAIN REGISTRATION TERMS FOR OTHER REGISTRATIONS
For ccTLDs not covered herein, a separate registration agreement applies. Your use of our services may be suspended or canceled due to unresolved breaches or policy requirements by ICANN. Your registration may be suspended, canceled, or transferred as per ICANN policies (a) to correct registration mistakes or (b) resolve disputes. Prohibited activities include Spam, high-volume inquiries, and actions violating EU or foreign laws. Service interruptions due to maintenance or beyond our control are excluded from uptime guarantees. Definitions: “Global Nameserver Infrastructure” refers to systems delivering services, excluding user interfaces; “99.9% availability” ensures responsiveness to DNS queries; “Outage” is a period of non-availability. Service interruptions due to “Regularly Scheduled Maintenance” are exempt.
