STANDARD REFUND TERMS

Items bought from Samra Host may be eligible for a refund if canceled within 30 days from the transaction date.

Please note: Cryptocurrencies, tokens, and digital assets are inherently irreversible, with exchange rates subject to high volatility and transience. We cannot be held liable for any risks, including but not limited to exchange rate fluctuations and market instability. Products purchased using cryptocurrencies, tokens, or digital assets are non-refundable.

If a refund to the original payment method is not feasible, a refund to your Samra Host balance may be offered as an alternative.

“Transaction date” refers to the date of purchase of any product or service, including the date of any renewal processed by Samra Host under the terms and conditions of the relevant product or service agreement (Terms of Use). While you may cancel a product at any time, a refund will be issued only if the cancellation is requested within the specified refund timeframe for the respective product, if available. Note: Certain products have distinct refund policies or requirements, including products ineligible for refunds under any circumstance. Refer below for refund terms concerning such products:

Now, in consideration of the mutual commitments herein, the parties hereto agree as follows;



Financial Arrangements

  1. Customer agrees to a minimum 30-day contract starting from the service commencement date. The exact contract duration is determined at signup.
  2. All charges and fees associated with an account are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  3. If a customer wishes to terminate Samra Host shared Web Hosting services within 30 days of initial signup, they may do so for any reason (except for disablement due to Terms of Service or Spam Policy violations) and receive a prompt refund.
  4. Third-party services and partners of Samra Host are not covered by the 30-day refund policy, and no early termination credit applies. Billing ceases at the end of the term during which the service is terminated.
  5. Non-refundable Products and Services
    Notwithstanding anything contrary in this Agreement, dedicated servers, additional products or services like Codeguard, Digital Certificates, shared VPS hosting, SiteLock, and SSL installation fees, custom software, and/or any other products, services, and setups of Samra Host are non-refundable.
  6. Cancellation Process
    You may terminate or cancel the Services by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you are liable to pay all accrued fees and charges up to the effective cancellation date.
    Please note, if you have pending orders at the time of cancellation, we will fulfill those orders if your Advance Account has sufficient funds. Failed orders will be reversed, and we reserve the right to cancel such orders.
    We may deny or cancel any order within 30 days of processing, refunding the associated fees.
  7. At the end of the contract term, it automatically renews for the original duration until canceled in writing or via the web panel. After the initial 30 days, a terminated account will be canceled before the next billing cycle without refunds, even for unused portions. Any incurred non-refundable charges must be settled before cancellation.
  8. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
    Offer applies only to credit card payments for shared web hosting. Other payment forms are non-refundable. Refunds are applicable only to shared hosting. Domain registrations (including the value of any free domain registrations included with the plan) are non-refundable. SSL certificates and other third-party add-ons hold no refund value. Refer to the domain registration agreement for further details.
  9. Violations of Samra Host's Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or Spam Policy may result in immediate and permanent account disablement without refunds.
  10. Refunds from balance
    Over-funded balance can be refunded within 30 days of the over-funding transaction. In special cases, other payments may be refunded instead of the original payment if within the 30-day period.
  11. Disputed charges (“chargebacks”)
    If a decline, chargeback, reversal, payment dispute, risk of payment fraud, or other charge rejection occurs on your Samra Host account, it's deemed a breach of your payment obligations. Samra Host reserves the right to pursue all lawful remedies, including immediate termination of your account and Services, without notice. Additionally, checkout via credit card may be disabled to mitigate payment fraud risk.
    In case of a Chargeback, your Samra Host account may be blocked, and its data, including certain content, features, or capacity, may be lost. Services and credit card checkout will remain suspended until:
    • Payment method verification is completed by providing proof of payment or censored photo of the credit card.
    • All applicable fees, including those incurred by Samra Host or third-party services due to the Chargeback, are paid in full.
    Criminal fraud chargebacks or obvious payment fraud cases result in permanent service termination without recovery options.
    If uncertain about a payment, contact our Customer Support before filing a Chargeback to prevent Service cancellations and account blocks. Unauthorized or erroneous Chargebacks may incur applicable fees and require repayment of all relevant Samra Host Services fees.
  12. Samra Host strives to maintain HostObjects availability at 99.9% during each billing cycle. Failure to meet this service level entitles you to a credit for future billing cycles, proportional to the Unavailability duration.
    1. Unavailability is defined as unresponsiveness or server error responses exceeding 60 seconds for consecutive requests.
    2. Scheduled maintenance does not contribute to Unavailability calculations and is announced at least 5 days in advance, not exceeding one hour per month.
    3. Service credits are calculated based on the Unavailability percentage of the billing cycle, to be claimed within 14 days through a support ticket.
