In some cases, we may ask for additional details like your first and last name, identity verification, and contact information. This information is necessary when you register a domain name and is reflected in the WHOIS information.
- Login Data. We collect Login scope and Email scope from Google, and email information from Facebook. For more details, please refer to https://developers.google.com/identity/protocols/oauth2/scopes?hl=en.
- Identity Verification. To comply with ICANN regulations before registering a new domain name, Samra Host may collect identity verification information (such as images of your passport, national ID card, valid driving license, or other documents as required by law).
- Payment Details. To order and use features of the Samra Host Platform (such as web hosting and domain registration), we may require certain financial details to process payments. We use third-party payment processors and do not collect or store credit card information directly (we receive information about the payment status and retain only the last 4 digits of the credit card).
- Communications, Chats, Messaging. When you communicate with Samra Host (using general inquiry forms), we collect information about your communication and any data you choose to provide. To respond to your request, we may access details from your Samra Host Account, purchase history, etc.
- Job Applicant Information. We also gather information you provide when applying for open positions listed at https://samrahost.com/company/career, via email or other means. See Section 5 for more details.
- Visitors and Users of Our Users' Websites or Services. We may collect information about visitors and users of our User's websites or services ("Users-of-Users") solely on behalf of our Users.
You may also choose to provide us with information when you fill out a form, conduct a search, update or add information to your Samra Host Account, respond to surveys, post to community forums, participate in promotions, or use other features of the Samra Host Platform. We advise against posting any information you do not wish to make public on the Samra Host Platform. If you upload any content to your account or post it on your website and provide it in any other way as part of using any Service, you do so at your own risk.
Samra Host processes information you provide to us on the legal basis of:

- Conclusion and execution of contractual agreements and obligations between Samra Host and the User;

Disclaimer

Right to Delete Your Data
You may access, edit, update, or delete your contact details at any time by logging into your Samra Host Platform Account.
Please note that you will only be able to delete your email during the deactivation of your Samra Host Account. To deactivate your account, please send your request to gdpr@samrahost.com, and you will be provided with further instructions.

This information is necessary for the proper execution of the contract between us, to comply with legal obligations, and given our legitimate interest in being able to provide and improve the functionalities of the Samra Host Platform.

We automatically collect log data and device information when you access and use the Samra Host Platform, even if you have not created an Samra Host Account or logged in. This information includes, among other things, Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data.

4. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA?
We utilize, store, integrate, and process information, including personal data, about you to provide, comprehend, enhance, and develop the Samra Host Platform, establish and maintain a trusted and secure environment, and fulfill our legal responsibilities.

- For Domain Registration. In specific jurisdictions or per the rules of ICANN or certain registries, domain name registration information must be publicly accessible via a "WHOIS" search. The WHOIS database is a publicly accessible resource listing the domain name registration information for a particular domain, including the name server(s) it points to and its creation and expiration dates. The domain name registration data you provide is stored by Samra Host and made available to the public through WHOIS searches. Samra Host may deposit your domain name registration information with a third-party escrow provider to comply with ICANN requirements. Users may receive solicitations from other companies or individuals resulting from WHOIS database searches. Such solicitations or email communications do not originate from Samra Host and Samra Host is not responsible for the use of WHOIS information by third parties. To notify you about your Account, resolve issues with your Account, address disputes, collect fees or payments owed, poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, send company updates, or otherwise contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes, we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and the portal.
- To Collect Feedback. We may email you to review the services and/or products you received from us to gather your feedback and improve our services. We might use an external company to collect your feedback, meaning we will share your name, email address, and reference number for this purpose.
- To Provide, Operate, and Enhance the Services.

5. JOB APPLICATIONS
Samra Host invites all qualified candidates to apply for any of the available positions listed at https://https://samrahost.com/company/career. Applicants can submit their contact details and resumes ("Applicants Information") via the relevant Position Application Form on our Website or through any other method provided by us.
We recognize the importance of privacy and confidentiality for our Applicants and are dedicated to keeping Applicants Information confidential, using it solely for Samra Host's internal and affiliated companies’ recruitment activities (including identifying Applicants, assessing their applications, making hiring decisions, and contacting Applicants by phone or in writing).
Samra Host may retain Applicants Information submitted to us for up to one year after the position has been filled or closed. 6. INFORMATION RELATED TO VISITORS AND USERS OF OUR USER’S WEBSITES OR SERVICES
We may gather, store, and handle certain information about visitors and users of our User’s websites or services, exclusively on our Users’ behalf and under their guidance. Each of our Users has the capability to collect and manage data, including personal information, through their website. This data and personal information are subsequently stored with Samra Host. For these purposes, within the scope of the GDPR, Samra Host may, in some specific instances as outlined in the Terms of Service, be regarded as a “data processor” of such information related to visitors and users of their websites or services. - Profile with anonymized information (we will substitute your email with user@deleted.com, erase your name, surname, and contact details), including purchased services, login credentials, payment data, etc.
Please be advised that in certain scenarios (e.g., following the closure of your Samra Host Account), we may retain some of your personal information for:
- The duration necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as fraud detection and prevention, and bolstering security. In the event of Samra Host suspending your Samra Host Account for security reasons, we may retain specific information from that Account to forestall the individual from creating a new Samra Host Account in the future;
- Fulfilling our legal obligations. Samra Host may retain certain information for tax, legal reporting, and auditing obligations;
- Publicly visible data, such as forum posts, which may continue to be accessible on the Samra Host Platform even after your Account deactivation. However, attribution of such information to you will be eliminated. Additionally, certain copies of your data (e.g., log records) may persist in our database, but devoid of personal identifiers;
- Resolving disputes;

- Samra Host affiliates and service providers (like third-party data centers, servers, website design, administration services, online traffic and website analysis, statistics, direct marketing services, mailers, messengers, etc.), handling or processing your personal data along with personal data of your users on behalf of Samra Host, are contractually obligated to ensure its protection and security, following industry standards and irrespective of any lesser legal requirements in their jurisdiction (see below).

We might share non-personally identifiable information publicly and with partners such as publishers and advertisers. For instance, we may publicly share information to illustrate trends about the general usage of our platform.

Some of our servers are situated outside the EU or European Economic Area (EEA), like in the US, Brazil, Singapore, Indonesia. This Policy does not encompass services offered by external entities, including products or sites featured in search results, sites embedding our services, or other sites linked from our services.
