This Change of Registrant Agreement (this "Agreement") is made by and between Samra Host private limited company ("Samra Host") and you, effective as of the date of your electronic acceptance. This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for using Samra Host's Change of Registrant services (the “Services”) to transfer a registered domain name from a current registrant (the “Current Registrant”) to a new registrant (the “New Registrant”), and is applicable to both parties. By electronically accepting this Agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, along with Samra Host’s Universal Terms Of Service Agreement, Domain Name Registration Agreement, and Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. The terms “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to Samra Host. The terms “you”, “your”, “User”, or “customer” refer to any individual or entity accepting this Agreement. This Agreement does not confer any third-party rights or benefits. Samra Host, at its sole discretion, may amend this Agreement, and any policies or agreements incorporated herein, at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Samra Host website (this “Site”). You agree that (i) Samra Host may notify you of such changes by posting them to this Site and (ii) your continued use of this Site or the Services after such changes have been posted (as indicated by the “Last Revised” date) constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by the updated Agreement, discontinue use of this Site and the Services. Additionally, Samra Host may notify you of changes via email. It is crucial that you keep your account information, including your email address, current. Samra Host assumes no responsibility for your failure to receive email notifications due to outdated or incorrect email addresses. Samra Host is affiliated with an ICANN-accredited registrar. You acknowledge and agree that as an affiliate of an ICANN-accredited registrar, Samra Host is bound by ICANN agreements. Samra Host may modify this Agreement to comply with ICANN or registry requirements. The terms “registry”, “Registry”, “registry operator”, or “Registry Operator” refer to the registry applicable to the TLD or ccTLD. To identify the sponsoring registrar, click here.

The Current Registrant and the New Registrant agree that they are entering into this Agreement voluntarily. They acknowledge and agree that Samra Host's role is solely to process the transfer of the domain name registration. Samra Host's responsibility is limited to processing the electronic transfer. The Current Registrant and the New Registrant are fully responsible for the legal validity of the transfer. Once the Current Registrant initiates the transfer request, Samra Host will send a confirmation email to the New Registrant. The New Registrant must log into their account and confirm the transfer terms within ten (10) days. If the New Registrant does not confirm within this period, the transfer will not occur, and the transaction ID and security code will expire, requiring the process to be restarted. Upon completion of the transfer, Samra Host will send a confirmation email to the Current Registrant. If the Current Registrant has any objections, they must notify Samra Host within fifteen (15) days. The Current Registrant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold Samra Host harmless for any issues resulting from an improper transfer.

Please note the following:

1. The domain will not be transferable to another registrar within one year if it was registered for free with any of our services without domain renewal.
2. By engaging in a change of registrant transaction, you acknowledge that the domain name cannot be transferred to another registrar within sixty (60) days after the change of registrant transaction (the “Transfer Prohibition Period”). If either party needs to transfer the domain within this period, they should transfer to the new registrar first and then change the registrant.
3. If there is a subsequent change of registrant transaction within the Transfer Prohibition Period, the period will restart upon completion of the subsequent transaction.

The individuals accepting this Agreement on behalf of the Current Registrant and the New Registrant represent and warrant that they have the authority to do so and have not transferred any rights, claims, or interests to any other party.

This Agreement shall be binding upon and benefit the parties and their respective heirs, successors, and assigns.

The Current Registrant acknowledges entering into Samra Host’s Universal Terms Of Service Agreement, Domain Name Registration Agreement, and Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy, and related documents. The Current Registrant (i) agrees that they are not entitled to refunds and are not owed any monies and (ii) releases Samra Host from any liabilities related to the Registration Agreements.

The New Registrant assumes full responsibility and acknowledges that Samra Host has no liability for:

1. The Current Registrant's actual registration of the domain name.
2. The Current Registrant's legal right and ability to transfer the domain name registration.
3. Any situations before this Agreement or any that arise causing a delay or failure in the transfer.
4. The validity or enforceability of the New Registrant's entitlement to the domain registration upon transfer.

IN ADDITION TO THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY IN THE UNIVERSAL TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT, BOTH THE CURRENT AND NEW REGISTRANT AGREE THAT Samra Host SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR (A) SUSPENSION, LOSS, OR MODIFICATION OF THE DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION, (B) USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION, (C) BUSINESS INTERRUPTIONS FOR EITHER REGISTRANT, (D) ACCESS DELAYS OR INTERRUPTIONS TO Samra Host's WEBSITE, (E) NON-DELIVERY, MIS-DELIVERY, CORRUPTION, OR MODIFICATION OF DATA, (F) THE PROCESSING OF THIS APPLICATION OR ANY SERVICE REQUESTS, OR (G) APPLICATION OF ANY DISPUTE POLICY OR ICANN, ITS SUCCESSORS, OR OTHER REGULATORY POLICIES.

In the event of a dispute arising from this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable court costs and attorney fees.

Titles and headings are for convenience and reference only and shall not influence the interpretation of this Agreement. Each covenant and agreement shall be construed as independent. If any provision is held illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain effective.

Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings in the Universal Terms of Service Agreement. In the event of a conflict, this Agreement shall prevail.
